1. Auctions are NOT just for distressed properties. We have sold properties above appraised value, and they close because we sell with no contingencies.
2. We pay 2% to any REALTOR^® who brings the buyer to our Auctions and in some cases, more.
3. REALTORS^® can make more than 3% and up to 5% on any referred auction they bring to Cole Auction.
4. No formal paper work is required to participate – We just need your information and your client’s information prior to the start of the auction.
5. We offer a free on-site assessment and consultation with you and your client.
6. We do not take listings away from our REALTORS^®. If a property is not sold, it remains your listing.
7. If we sell a property at auction, it is a “NO CONTINGENCY” sale and closes in 30 days – No headaches for the you!
8. Auctions can help avoid foreclosure. Most banks will extend foreclosure proceedings to give an auction a try.
9. Auctions are quick sales. We can sell a property in 30 minutes. Total turn-around time is 60 days and may run as short as 30 days from start to finish.
10. Auctions are truly cash, “AS IS, WHERE IS” sales with no contingencies, including repairs and financing.
