Land Auction and Hay Baler
Two land tracts to be auctioned, approximately 6.1 acres each. Both tracts are mostly open pasture and fenced. One tract has a barn and pond. Great location just south of Elkwood Section Road and quick access to Highway 53. Also for auction is a New Holland 850 Hay Baler, approximately 10 years old with only 4 years in the field under cover.

*A 10% Buyers Premium to be added to the final bid to determine the contract price on the Real Estate.
