Online Bidding only! Bidding will start Thursday August 9th at 3pm and end  Tuesday August 21st at 3pm. Credit card required to bid. When you register to bid a $500 hold will be put on credit card. Will be released once auctions ends and you are NOT winning bidder.  

Directions: From Huntsville, 72W right (north) on  County Road 427, immediate left on County Road 424, right on County Road 69, keep straight at 4 way intersection, County Road 69 turns to County Road 429, left on Youngblood Way. Land at the end of street in cul-de-sac. 

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) is required within 24 hours of auction end time. A Cole Auction representative will contact the winning bidder Wednesday, August 22, 2018 to schedule a time to sign contract and collect escrow money. The balance will be due on or before 30 days. The closing fees are the buyer's responsibility.
